This make-at-home Liberation Bunting Kit is the perfect activity to occupy both adults and kids whilst in lockdown. Let's all celebrate the 75th anniversary of Liberation Day together (well sort of) and decorate our homes both inside and out!
The States of Guernsey has put out a call to arms, to decorate our Island, to show our solidarity with each other and support those on the frontline, those working tirelessly to keep our Island running and keep us safe, for those who are struggling and for those who may have lost loved ones. ❤️
Making something yourself can be so rewarding and can help teach you a new skill in the process. Your Liberation Bunting can be treasured for years to come.
Available in two sizes. 2.5 metres long with 8 flags or 5 metres long with 18 flags. Select from the drop-down your prefered size.
The fabric flags, made out of 100% polyester waterproof/ outdoor fabric, will be precut for you. They are suitable for both inside or outside use.
Select your colour/ print options from the available drop-down lists. You can look through the images here to see some suggestions of which prints/ colours look good together. We will provide multiple flags of your selection to make up your kit.
You can also have your Liberation Bunting Kit personalised to make it even more special. A select number of flags will have individual letters applied to spell out your chosen word/s. You can pick from gold, silver or copper. (photos of personalisation coming soon)
They can be sewn using a sewing machine or hand-stitched with needle and thread (and a great deal of patience!) or alternatively you can use a stapler and strong super glue.

Channel Island Orders (Guernsey & Jersey)
All prices on the website are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at 20%. Orders that are being collected from the Penelope Hope Studio in Guernsey or delivered to an address in the Channel Islands will have the VAT deducted at the checkout stage of the payment process as long as you correctly enter Guernsey or Jersey into the country drop down box when entering your address.

Cushions going to International addresses are sent without the cushion insert - you will receive the cover/s only. We will advise you on what size cushion insert to use for your cushion cover/s to give them a plump, full look.
